Good burgers and fries, but service was a little slow. I think there was only one server for the dining area and it was fairly busy. Food was slow to come out too--I think we waited almost 40 min for a party of 4. Just ordered burgers and fries.
Ideal spot for a tasty burger after an off-road show!
My friend tried the new vegan chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. I had the delicious Impossible Burger and some Brussels sprouts (which were both flavorful and well-prepared). We also shared the Wobble Rings, which were great. Additionally, we made a few special requests to our server, and they promptly accommodated all of them. The Five Napkin locations throughout Manhattan offer a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. I previously visited another location with a small child, and that experience was excellent as well.
I called an hour before my reservation, but ended up waiting without any assistance or suggestions. The call I received was very unfriendly, and I felt they could have at least offered a complimentary appetizer to make up for the inconvenience. Since it was a Saturday in NYC, we struggled to find somewhere else to eat at the last minute, except for a diner. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.
