This is really bad i got charged a 1.63 for a cup of ice. The instant win sticker was ripped off and i paid for the cup....really dont go there

Overpriced... Paid ALMOST $9 for a large Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake that tasted MORE LIKE JUST MILK...SMH..Sadly the service was slow and rude as ALWAYS!!! Will NEVER recommend this location unless I'm the ONLY 1 who hasn't had a DECENT experience out of 3 different days we've gone there

I was recently at this location because i was in serious need of a ice coffee. The service was ok but the associates were rude and disrespectful. I was asked did i need help in a very unprofessional manner and when i showed i did already have my purchases i was told again in a RUDE tone to MOVE. I prefer D&D to starbucks but the customer service here is terrible. I would not recommend anyone use this establishment

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went in because I received an email offering a free scoop for my birthday. I can't say if it was because I was getting something for free, but I found the staff to be rude and disrespectful, especially the woman behind the counter. I never even got the scoop, even though I handed over my phone for them to scan the barcode and verify the email. They claimed there was an issue with their scanner, but I had seen them use it earlier without any problems. These people did not honor the promotion, and I do not consider them to be trustworthy.

Unfortunately, the service was slow and rude, just like it always is! I cannot recommend this place unless I’m the only one there. I've had consistently disappointing experiences over three separate visits.
