Consistent the best meal I ever had in my life, everyone surpasses the previous experience. My favorite restaurant in the world.

The food was awfully tasty and something I would have made out of my fridge in a few minutes. The cattle stable (I think it was a short rib could not taste like dog food due to the bland taste). Even the desert had no taste. The service only because of Franco was excellent. You could say he was an experienced professional who knew how to make the floor. The description of the vegetables at the beginning by another waiter was not good at all.

Excellent food and great service. Very recommended for your next culinary experience.

The combination of the most scrumptious food and the most amazing service puts Blue Hill miles above others. Cannot wait to go back! Still thinking about it about all the attention to detail and the attention on us (perfect in every way) ... WOW!

The service was impeccable ... from wine service to light conversation with the servers ... unique plating and takes on seasonal flavors. We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was an absolute perfect evening. Thank you Blue Hill and everyone that took care of us!
