Broadway 49 Lounge - New York

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I visited the bar located there. I tried a drink called the "Midsummer Night's Dream," and it was delicious! The bartender was friendly and engaging, which added to the experience.

We arrived around 6:15 PM, leaving us little time to both dine and enjoy a drink, so we opted to utilize the hotel’s amenities. We were thrilled with our choice. The buffalo chicken wings were heavenly, and the charcuterie plate was simply outstanding. However, what truly made our experience memorable was Tony, who served our drinks and food. His enthusiastic, friendly demeanor and genuine love for the city were truly remarkable. He is an invaluable asset to this hotel and reflects great credit on himself and the Crowne Plaza. Thank you for such a delightful and fulfilling experience. Thanks to Tony, we will definitely return. New York, you should take pride in providing exceptional service that creates lasting memories!

One late night, we were planning to take the subway to the Empire State Building, but my mother-in-law was concerned about safety. We decided to ask Tony and Michelle for advice. They assured us that it was safe to take the subway there, but recommended taking a cab back. We appreciated their straightforward guidance. They made us feel completely at ease and were more like friends than just servers. I apologize for the delay in expressing my gratitude!

Well we pretty much chose the Crowne Plaza Times Square to stay at during our honeymoon march 2020 because of the bar. We wanted a nice bar that we could hang out at when we weren't out wandering. Broadway 49 didnt disappoint. Excellent ambiance, delicious drinks and amazing food! Especially that Tuscan flatbread.

Awful customer service. Waited 48 mins to have someone come take our order after they told us they would be right with us. We ended up not ordering anything and just waited for our room instead and ate elsewhere.
