Fair not a big deal the fries potion so small for a nearly 5.00 charges consist of maybe 10 to 12 pieces . the pizza was thin nice crust . just a simple Cafe.

I visited his past week for my newly planned final work and did not know how much I missed it until I visited again. my only grip is the price. my friend got a disc and it was like $4 I got two a vegan gf and a cheese and it was $14. but I think this is for the cursor when they have allergies. Just fucking.

My only gripe is the price. My friend got one slice and it was like $4 I got two a vegan GF and a cheese and it was $14. But I guess that’s par for the course when you have allergies. Just sucks.
Decent food. Terrible customer service. I ordered on Friday night delivery and after the delivery person left The restaurant I received a notification that the main pasta dish I ordered was unavailable so instead the restaurant selected SOUP and sent SOUP with the delivery man. I wanted pasta. I didn 't want soup and here was the staff deciding my meal for me without the decency of a courtesy call to check and confirm. I was dumbfounded. I called to try to rectify the situation. I explained why I was calling and subsequently put on hold multiple times. I had to speak with four different employees and each time they asked how they may be able to help me. So I had to replay the scenario with a new person each time. It was exhausting. Then I spoke to a manager who gave me an unbelievable amount of pushback and refused to apologize or take any accountability for this mistake. She said since it was not her who made the decision to change my order, she was therefore not responsible for what happened. Even though as I had her reiterate multiple times she was the manager of the establishment. I 'm the manager, she said, but i 'm not the manager of the staff. well in that case I would like to speak to the manager of the staff, I replied. They 're not here. She said. We 'll then maybe that is your problem. And she became increasingly rude and defiant the more I sought someone, Anyone ! to take SOME semblance of accountability and explain to me why the staff thought it was OK to choose my order for me and not contact me prior to sending it with the delivery person .
