This place reminds me of Podi Bhaji Kendra from Mumbai. I've eaten them for a long time and it's my place for affordable Indian food. Their sweet dishes are overly sweet, so it can be avoided. Otherwise, it is the best place for daily meals.
It was Indian. decided to finally try this place. It's basically a chipotle for Indian food. You choose either a rice plate or Roti Burrito. Add protein of your choice and additional toppings. Rice dish have two options for protein. Two options for rice. I chose only two portions of chicken makhni with Basmati rice and one side of Roti. It's a lot of food. The food was fine. felt like it was lack of taste. The Roti was a little hard. I'd come back and try the Samosas.
I'm not coming back. The Samosas were okay, but the Chana masala dinner was not good, and I found the chickpeas undercooked, and the sauce was a little tasteless.
A very good choice to eat something good and quick. You have a few variations, with a rice base (bastati or brown) or in a pack, then a selection of meat or vegetables. This place offers good value and I am always happy to eat there for lunch.
Great spot for casual dine-in or quick takeout. Very good mango lassi, chicken makhani and samosa at very reasonable price. Wide assortment of excellent toppings for your meal as well (pickled ginger, house spicy mix, etc.
