Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

Overcharged me for queso I didn't order, then I got Sprite fountain drink and it tasted like sparkling water, apparently they forgot to refill the machine even though it was 4pm and not busy at all.

Very good burrito. Ingredients tasted of high quality. Good value compared to other restaurants around. Would have liked burrito to be a bit bigger.

Worse employees working in this place. I ordered online and when I arrived at store they were talking(chatting) each other but my food wasn?t ready. And what food I ordered they don?t have it. Finally they not coordinated with me find a solutions. manager is so rude and disrespectful. Again worst place and employees

Chipotle here , Chipotle there ... Good we have it everywhere . Honestly this is my choice of fast food when I only have 15 min to eat and running late for my next appointment . Come on now , let's not get so detailed oriented and be focusing on the staff and the attitude and this or that ... It is what it is , and the staff is on its best behavior . Everybody wants to rule the world these days . Get your Mexican treat and enjoy ?

I've visited this location quite a few times and decided to do this review now because my last visit prompted me to do so.. This particular location is small yet long with plenty of seating, has customer restrooms, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and music playing as you dine. Tables and Chairs may be found with crumbs, garbage, and left overs from the last person seated which can only mean the staff hasn't noticed or are not eager to clean the tables out as soon as possible for whatever reason.....so at times you may find yourself cleaning and clearing your table if theres no other available. Trash cans are often found over flowing leaving customers to continue piling the trash. The staff is straight foward in taking your order but seem pretty youung and theres plenty of them. The food has been great no complaints there, they just have to tidy up the place more often. Thanks and Enjoy.
