Contribuisci feedbackI wanted to order 30 bowls at this restaurant, but the manager told me I had to do it online. Unfortunately, the website required 24 hours notice. Despite there being no one in the restaurant at the time of my order and needing it in 4 hours, the manager was unwilling to take my order. I was shocked as there were five workers who seemed to be doing nothing. This missed opportunity would have resulted in a $600 order on a slow, rainy Saturday. I had personally planned to treat my team to this meal, but instead the manager suggested I go somewhere else. If Floristela or her district manager contact me, I would be happy to take down this review. Otherwise, they have lost a valuable customer and failed to deliver the customer service they strive for.
The online ordering system for pickup at this restaurant is not the best. They now keep the food behind the register, which means you have to interact with someone and wait. The whole point of online ordering is to avoid waiting or interacting with someone.
This Chipotle location is not the greatest. I have noticed that there are no Hispanic workers, which could be considered racist towards white people. Additionally, it seems like they treat black customers as if they don't have any money. The color of someone's skin should not play a role in how they are treated. On top of that, the food at this location is not great. I recommend going to the Chipotle on 8th Avenue and 34th Street, as it is much better and only about a mile away.
I came in without a mask and I didn’t know that that was required since most of businesses are not requiring it now in NYC. Elsa, who was supposed to take my order asked me to wear a mask. I pulled it out and while trying to wear it she let another person to skip me. I asked for the manager, Jazmine who showed up and told me that she can’t serve me without actually having the mask on. The attitude they gave me was unprofessional, instead of waiting for two seconds for me to wear the mask, she let somebody to skip me while giving me an attitude.When I asked them that this is disrespectful they told me they can’t serve me without a mask and this is really irrational. If I refused to wear a mask then yes but I just kindly ask them to wait for 2 seconds.Standing up for the store employee is a must by any manager. But acting unprofessionally like this with a customer requires a close investigation by the local management as a loyal customer of Chipotle.
Hi the complaint is for the 2 people that handled me at around 5:10- 5:20 pm,on Feb 24.Crazy service, I was going to buy 2 barbacoa burrito bowls, but they refused me service very rudly telling me to put a mask on while I was taking it to go and also told them that I don't mind showing the vaccine card, so I left.No sale insanity
