The food was absolutely delicious and well presented on the plates. Cocktails, outstanding. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, accommodating, and fun! Topical NY prices but well worth it. Plenty of space, so you don't feel like everyone is on top of you. Can't wait to revisit ?!Parking: In Chelsea parking can be hard to come by. Take the subway or Uber.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs, but restrooms are located down a flight of stairs. No elevator access.
I used to go here 10 years ago and always had a good time. The atmosphere was always electric. But went there last week and was greatly disappointed. The waiter constantly disappeared. 3 times I had to search for him. Then there was a shift change and we were never told. There was no smooth transition of service. I was informed of this by the new waiter which I had to go search for. After 10 years the place looks a bit run down. Needs a refresh. But I used to love this place. I was very disappointed
A few originally presented dishes. Everything tasted amazing. The tuna tartar comes with crackers that are not what you usually get, making it very unique. The staff was very nice and were super attentive to requests about dishes. Also have a very nice drink menu
Elmo is our absolute favorite restaurant in the city! We can always count on the food being delicious, the spot on service, and the drinks being tasty. The tuna tartar is possibly the best I’ve ever had, and it is a must try. The watermelon martinis in the summer months are an absolute as well. Our server Michael always makes our night, and helps to create the best atmosphere at Elmo!
