Five Guys - New York

Been here just now. Waited 35 MINUTES to get a cheeseburger, which I was eventually served COLD. Worst 5 guys experience ever.

We went to this restaurant the first day we came in New York, it was not very clean, the burger was not that impressive, regular size, but still, it was very expensive (12 and we paid only for the burger, not for the fries and the drink. The restaurant was very dirty, I would not have been surprised if I was intoxicated the day after but I wasn’t.

This place is horrible. Service is trash. They took 27 mins just to cook my simple order. And it wasn't even busy.The staff were just talking all the time and lazy. The place looks like its not Hygienically clean specially during this pandemic time. Tables were dirty. I been to the one by 40 st near times sq and its totally different the staff there work way faster than this people and its cleaner. This place is trash that all i have to say!

I stayed at a hotel around the corner so I stopped by here to grab lunch and it was so good. It didn’t take too long to prepare and they hooked it up. I got extra fries in my bag and an extra patty.
