Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Menu is relatively simple but exceeded our expectations each time. My salmon dish was among the best salmon I can recall. Will definitely return.

Parent company of our long time favorite upscale chain Houston's. You'd be hard pressed to find anything wrong with the food or service. I'm a fish guy and the quality of what they offer, especially the Ahi Tuna (seared and served over salad with mango), is beyond reproach. Their spinach artichoke dip is an industry standard (yet no one does it better) and they offer some interesting and delicious sushi rolls which I usually avoid like the plague if I'm not in a sushi joint. The carnivores at our table were all impressed with the quality of beast and the preparations. And if I may, I went old school with a Lemon Drop Martini and I am not going to lie. It was probably the best one I ever had. This is an awesome restaurant that can easily become a favorite if you covet great food and service.

Oustanding food, service, staff, attention to detail, lighting/ambience....hands down best spot in Manhattan! Cannot rate Hillstone Park Ave S high enough. Trust me, dine here!

The best Veggie Burger ever. I've been a vegetarian for a long time and this is a great place for meat eaters and vegetarians to commune over meal without sacrificing delishness and enjoyment.
