I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the staff were really helpful in guiding me to make the perfect choices. The burgers were exceptional!

The decor features a charming mix of old Hollywood Western themes and eclectic garage sale finds from a bygone era. The food is excellent, with large, juicy burgers that are truly satisfying. However, the restaurant's greatest drawback is its size; it’s quite literally a hole-in-the-wall establishment. If you suffer from claustrophobia, this might not be the best fit for you. Consider visiting the downtown location, which offers much more space. The bathrooms, though, are quite small, akin to closets, making it difficult to maneuver.

The service was slow, but the burgers were tasty, albeit a bit cold. The menu had some complicated add-ons to navigate. On the plus side, they offered a great selection of beer and other options.

Waited over an hour for my burgers despite the restaurant being quiet— they claimed takeout orders were being prioritized over us. Never refilled drinks/water. Waited with 3 kids (I ended up having to nurse there because it took so long).. then they added auto-gratuity which felt inappropriate after all that.

Celebrated a co-worker Birthday with lunch at Jackson Hole! Great time all around! Thanks for having us!
