Joe The Juice - New York

I love Joe the Juice, but this location needs to clean their juicer better! I regularly order from here, and on more than one occasion have received juices that look and taste contaminated.

I would come back here every day just for Jerichos service and hospitality

Purchased a fresh green juice, they put a bunch of ice in it and put it on a blender. Ice cold and all watered down, was disgusting, and expensive. Who does that? I suggest going elsewhere.

Saw a giant roach walk across the counter and head towards pastries and then the floor and then crawl up the wall right after I placed my order just now. Staff was super nice and refunded me right away but this was the grossest thing I have seen in anyplace in NYC serving food. Perhaps pest control is needed, roaches prancing around on counter in broad day light would suggestan abundance of them. But again, maybe just bad luck.

Coffee machine broken for over a month. Not a couple days or a week but over a month! How can you run a coffee shop with a broken machine for so long. Ever since they hired a complete new staff this location has been a joke of a coffee shop, even whenthe machine was working they screw up a regular coffee with milk. I don't know if the company is using a new brew or the workersdon't know how to make a simple hot coffee but it tastes like milk and hot water. Prices also vary depending on the worker atthe register, not worth the overpriced cost for a bad cup of joe.
