Landshark Grill Times Square - New York

The service was awful. I waited half an hour before I even saw a waiter. Over the course of two hours, I only saw her three times, and I had to ask for water.

We checked in, but our table was not ready. After waiting for 15 minutes, we inquired about our reservation and were informed that we had never been checked in. Eventually, we were seated, but it was clear that the restaurant was short-staffed. Additionally, the steak we ordered was not cooked correctly.

This restaurant can be hit or miss, and unfortunately, it was a miss for us. We visited on Christmas Day and were really disappointed with both the service and the food. I had my heart set on the New York strip, but they were out of it. I was truly let down, as I had previously dined at a Margaritaville and had a much better experience. I doubt I'll return.

Kayla was awesome. Her energy and holiday spirit made the night a lot of fun. She was great

This was an overall awesome experience, the food, the drinks, and the ambience was so wonderful. Wasn’t too crowded and had a great view from our table.
