Landshark Grill Times Square - New York

Terrible service waited half an hour before seeing waiter, saw her 3 times in two hours, had to ask for water

We checked in and table was not ready. Waited 15 minutes and checked again and was told that we were never checked in. Finally was seated and they were short staffed. Also steak was not cooked correctly.

This place is a hit or missed it was definitely a miss. We went there on Christmas Day and was so disappointed from the service to the food. I wanted the new york strip and they were out. I was was so disappointed as I have eaten at a Margaritaville before and never will experience again

Kayla was awesome. Her energy and holiday spirit made the night a lot of fun. She was great

This was an overall awesome experience, the food, the drinks, and the ambience was so wonderful. Wasn’t too crowded and had a great view from our table.
