Contribuisci feedbackMore open table should be ashamed. I have booked a restaurant for this reservation and it was confirmed by opentable. When I came to the restaurant, it was clearly closed for a very specific time one of the neighbors came on the pavement and saw me see how I saw it and said it had been closed for months. how do open table do not come the trace of its restaurants. then came the alpt room to reach opentable customer service. it is basically impossible. when they call the phone, they tell them to go to a chat online and the phone hangs on them. When they go to the chat, they are told that they are in a waiting queue from somewhere between 15 and 25 people and they can spend 34 hours waiting and never talking to someone. now, I am annoyed that the restaurant was closed I am more annoyed that opentable sent me to a wild geesejagd and does not seem to listen to me as a customer.
The restaurant was literally closed what we didn't know until we were there, so I wish I had a warning yet another that I was otherwise sure it would have been great

I think it is difficult to do a review in these times, as some restaurants do not work on their usual. the service was not great, but the food was good. especially the calamari. would have had 2 for the table! pastas looked good. I ordered a pizza that seemed like it wasn't an ingredient. crust was good. overall we enjoyed and would go back.
Great food, great service, great time in this UES neighborhood restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.
