Cancelled order, had to call and find out for myself after an hour wait to then be told ”idk where my delivery staff is”
The customer was disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff. They were told that they could only receive a refund in cash, which is legally not allowed. The customer also mentioned that their orders were often incorrect and that it was unacceptable to be treated this way after being a loyal customer for 10 years. They were further dismayed by the location of the store, which they described as being in an unsafe area with a high population of homeless and drug addicts.
I don’t know if it’s new owners, but it’s extremely rude and unprofessional to tell a client that their owner’s words are: because you asked for a refund and they are refusing seamless delivery and will only do cash. It’s also legally illegal!!! That next time so the owner doesn’t lose money call the store and have the food remade. Especially when one spends lots of money in 10 years. Absolutely unexceptionable especially when orders aren’t always done correctly as you asked for.So I guess this is no longer my favorite just to be told that. When the store is in an unsafe area with way to much homeless and drug addicts are surrounding the store area. Way to many already say that fact
The food is mediocre with only 2 and a half chicken wings, cut in half and served with waffle fries, all for the price of $13.
