My experience at this restaurant for breakfast was highly disappointing. The prices were incredibly expensive, the utensils were in poor condition with dirty spots, and the waiter was visibly unwell while setting our table. The food was subpar, almost to the point of being comical. I was shocked to find that our bill came to over $100, and even more surprised that coffee was not included, priced at $10 per cup without refills. The quality of the coffee matched the rest of the experience, as it tasted terrible and came from a dirty pitcher. This will be my first and only review, as I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.
This restaurant is a hidden gem for a high-end dining experience. Lunch is just as delightful as dinner.
I was hoping for greatness but instead got mediocre and I think I 'm being soft for the price point and pedigree. The food was pleasantly good flavor and presentation was good, not great. But the waiter service for lunch was abysmal. After initial attention the first 10 min, we were left to fend for ourselves and had to flag down waiters in earnest to pay the bill. I 'm sorry but when your lunch entree is $45+ you MUST know what the dish generally looks like. I asked basics like does this curry come with rice? And he was unable to give me a straight answer. The chicken thigh curry did, not the chicken Tikka masala FYI. In the summer I 'm sure it 's beautiful out on the patio overlooking CP. Perhaps I will come back for that...
Pasta was well prepared with excellent flavor. Service was amazing. Great wine selections. Timing was good. We were rushed and they made it happen. All good with the waiter being the best.
