I still love the design and the architecture. we had affenbrot (with chicken wings, potato and artichoke baroule,) crawl, garnel mandu and crispy poussin. we were blown away from nothing, and only the crab was unforgettable because it is so hard to get fresh on the east coast. the service was well intended, and everyone was polite and had personality, but the team was very forgotten. several paintings had to be reminded of bringing our drinks. you needed 30 minutes. this has influenced our talk flow and experience. it turns out that my friend documents her culinary experience for the new york magazine. we fought really hard, like a positive or at least neutral spin on this experience, but it was hard. all in all, I regret to find this place for us to meet, and in general we have not got any good experience. in writing it was neutral, but I would not recommend this place. in retrospect was a quick drink at the bar perhaps a better deal.
We had a great night! service very attentive, eating super seasonal and surprising (we took the tasting menu) and the decor is also stunning. from European view we were somewhat surprised by the fast pace (hard at every time between the first 4 curses), but we asked them to slow down something and they were happy to accommodate.
All about piora is incredible. eating, crying, ambiente, service. one of the best meals of my life.
The service was excellent. We also enjoyed the food but found the portions were a bit smaller than we expected. Overall, lovely and what we expected.
Wow. Beautiful attention to detail, but in a laid-back way. Fantastic service minus the obsequiousness. Cozy yet refined setting. Food was marvelous. Sommelier NAILED the wine. A jewel.
