Pizza Italia - New York

We visited from Canada and decided to go to the chelsea food market. the market was packed and honestly not worth the effort or waiting. So I have tasted pizza near me and we decided to try pizza italia. the place was quiet and the pizzas were amazing! it was hot and super delicious. simply the best pizza I ever had and maybe the best meal we had in nyc. the place is small and inconvenient, but don't let them stop it from going in. You're not sorry.

We are holidaying from Australia and I must say this is the best Italian food in New York.We ate in more uptown fancier restaurants but you can't beat the taste and the price here.My wife of Italian background says it's the best sauce she has had in any Italian restaurant around the world. The pizza are fantastic thin and crisp.Only a few tables so not a night out type of setting.

So yummy! Perfect crust and sauce got the grandma slice by suggestion and I wish I could have ate more than one slice. Eat here!!

Literally intoxicated from their vodka sauce. they tried to defend it being cooked fully. though.. we don’t drink.

Fantastic New York Pizza. Red sauce is fresh and homemade. Try “Grandma’s” pizza or Vodka sauce pizza. They do not disappoint!
