Terrible and old fashioned. No movie memorabilia past the nineties. Awful plastic looking food. We didn’t stay for the mains. Just had starters and decided to leave and go elsewhere.
Have to admit surprised by this diamond hidden in Times Square. We wanted a fun family dinner. Food was proved according to Times Square. Kids meals were good. We had appetizers and great drinks. Server was attentive and super nice. And love that the restaurant was decorated for valentines say!
Visited Times Square with wife and kids to celebrate a birthday. Simple reservation made using Open Table. We managed our expectations knowing Planet Hollywood is known more as an experience than for it’s food. Greeted and seated promptly. Waiter was polite, but service was painfully slow. Food was fair at best except for the massive sundae for dessert that left us in awe. Location is a bit tired and dated, but serves it’s purpose as long as you’re not in a rush.
Food was mediocre. Server traded off our table mid service, said he was leaving, but came back to tell me he did not put in order wrong, I ordered something else because he was writing it down (so much for the customer is always right).
