Every time the door opened, we felt a chill and were constantly bumped as people came and went. Additionally, our table was far from the waitress's other tables, so we were often forgotten and had difficulty getting her attention through the crowded bar area. It was a disappointing first experience, especially after making a reservation.
I made a reservation for a table at the restaurant, but when we arrived at the designated table, there were no tables available. As a result, we decided to leave.
Upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere can be quite confusing. It appears to be a loud dive bar both from the outside and once inside. The first person you encounter is the bouncer, who directed us to find the bartender to inform them of our reservation. The bar was so crowded that we were unable to get to it. Luckily, a server noticed us looking lost and guided us upstairs to our table. The noise level was excessive, making it difficult for the server to hear our orders, resulting in the wrong dish being brought to me. However, we had a show to attend and did not have time to rectify the mistake. In conclusion, this establishment may not be suitable for booking through Open Table.
Food was typical bar food, service was beyond awful.
Great happy hour special but get there early if you want a seat at the bar! The place fills up quickly.
