Contribuisci feedbackThey closed the restaurant and did not call me or advised me to share it with me. I came with my fiancé happy to find out that they closed the restaurant. a simple phone call or a message would have saved.
They didn't cancel the reservarion. no one was present at the entry. the worst service ever was under these circumstances.
We were so excited to visit and eagerly made our way to the city to make our reservation time. when we and 10 or so others showed up, we were hit by a closed door. Now I understand that in this difficult time some places decided to close, and I have no problem with it, it was the complete lack of communication that galling. a simple email or text message would be sufficient. they couldn't even interrupt. other places where we had reservations could communicate when they were open or not.
Over priced, mediocre service. A bit deflating to be honest
Did not allow entry and did not inform us ahead of time. The bar was closed and we were only told we could not move forward with our dinner reservation upon arrival. Even now, 6 hours on, we have received no information on the matter.
