Walked in for dinner in a Wednesday night. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back.
My experience at Soup Gyro Turkish Mediterranean was mixed. The fries left something to be desired, lacking the desired crispiness. The gyro, while okay, could definitely benefit from more flavor. The place has potential, but improvements are needed for a more satisfying dining experience.
The badly Turkish food I've ever eaten in NYC. It's expensive, and for the money, they charge $100, They serve it Turkish food on paper plates!. Instead of the taste of meat and chicken, a strange taste comes from burnt fat. I thought I would add hot sauce to change the taste, but it was the cheapest and most vinegarized hot sauce on the market. This is the first time I regretted the money paid for a restaurant. Only the soup and pita were okay!
Once, I was walking hungry in Manhattan and went to Soup and Gyro. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, friendly waiter, delicious food and an interesting story about Turkey. The owner of this cozy establishment, Yasin from Turkey, makes everything at home, tasty, clean, and personally supervises the entire cooking process. Thank you for the delicious food and the pleasant time spent in your establishment. I will definitely come back here
