Sushi Sasabune - New York

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star review based solely on the food - it exceeded my expectations. The chef and staff are experts and very hospitable. The only downside was the back room where we were seated. There was an old, loud air machine buzzing the entire meal. I believe adding some ambient music would greatly improve the atmosphere.

This restaurant is delicious, welcoming, kind, and calm. If I lived closer, it would be my go-to place to eat. The smiling face of the chef adds to the pleasant atmosphere. It's a quiet place where you can truly savor the taste. Thank you.

Sushi Sasabune may not be inexpensive, but it serves the best sushi I've ever had, globally. A friend recommended it for a casual lunch without mentioning that it was their favorite sushi spot. My first bite was so incredible that I couldn't contain my excitement. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food quality is exceptional. While we spent over $100 per person, it was worth every penny.

I live in seattle, so no stranger to fresh seafood or sushi. this place was incredible. better than any sushi I've ever had. the chef was so beautiful and the experience was very cool. the only thing I didn't like was the uni I never had. but my man liked it.
