Taverna Kyclades East Village

I love the Taverna Kyclades. I was always going to the Ditmars location then I found out this place. The best fish in the town. I love the Greek salad. My favorites are seafood pasta(w/ white sauce, salmon steak, branzino, calamari). Actually you should try the whole menu!!!! The best best food ever!!Food: 5/5

Used to love this place but think quality has declined over the last decade.Broccoli rabe tasted like it was over steamed and soggy.Ordered a whole turbot which was charred too much and they didn’t put any salt on it so it was pretty flavorless.Lamb riblets are tender and delicious.They give you a free small dessert.

I was craving Greek food and this restaurant definitely satisfied my craving! It has become my go-to spot since it is located in Bayside. I ordered a variety of dishes, from Grilled Octopus to Lamb Riblets and even Steak. It was a great night out, this place never disappoints! The ambiance is fantastic, I would rate it 10/10. The service was excellent. Parking is available on the street and reservations might be required. You MUST TRY the Lamb Riblets!

Taverna Kyclades is not your typical, average Greek restaurant. It is definitely the top spot for enjoying authentic Greek cuisine and fresh seafood.

Taverna Kyclades is a fantastic choice for seafood enthusiasts in the East Village! I highly recommend trying the lemon potatoes (so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them), octopus (a pro tip: dip the table bread in the oil), and lamb chops (rich in flavor and perfectly cooked). Even though I'm not a big fan of seafood, I still loved my meal at this restaurant.
