Incredible staff! I placed a mobile order and walked in when I got the notification. A team member greeted me by name and had my entire order ready, all while wearing gloves. They wished me a happy new year with a beaming smile that I could easily see through their mask. This place sets a high standard for fast-food service.

This location appears to be quite busy. There aren’t many Chick-fil-A restaurants in New York, but this one is conveniently located near my workplace. On previous visits, I noticed huge lines for ordering, which can be discouraging or frustrating if you don’t have the patience to wait. The restaurant itself is small, with limited seating, giving it more of an "in-and-out" or express vibe. It is clean and well-organized, and the staff provides quick, friendly, and straightforward service. They also have customer restrooms available. My order was accurate, and the food was enjoyable for a first visit. Thanks, and I hope you have a great experience!

This is my go-to spot for high-quality, affordable food. I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. The menu reminded me of a cafe in Boston that I loved.

The service here is always great and the chicken sandwiches are delicious. It's my favorite fast food restaurant.
