Dunkin' - New York City

The worst dunkin I have been to. They are not clear while calling out the orders and then they started blaming me for getting confused. I replied back and a customer started abusing me saying that she is a regular and knows the staff. And she went on but unfortunately this staff couldn’t do anything about a lady shouting in their store.Also bagels with cheese on side ?? I don’t think I got what I ordered. They can definitely try to have better communication skills.

Very unprofessional slowest service even got for a coffe and sandwich 18 minutues and they had no other customer except me worst seevice

Ordered online a Frozen drink and was given a hot one instead

I stopped here on my way to a DJ gig in New Jersey, I can generally park in front, run in and get coffee and be out within 2 minutes. Friendly and fast.

The waitress at the restaurant who called me a crackhead should reconsider her actions and also learn how to properly use the milk button. I went to West B afterwards and they know how to make a good latte.
