Enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Generous portions.Food: 4/5

The food was okay and the service was okay. I came here because on the door they had a sticker showing they take American Express but the cashier didn’t want to ring me up with my American Express card. She says they don’t take it but there’s literally several signs for American Express as a payment option on their restaurant establishment walls and doors.The food I ate is the “lunch plate” which is 9$. If you order it as take out you get way more food than what is picture on my plate. I also had an orange and tap water.
