McDonald's (5th AVenue) - New York City

This is McDonald 's on 42nd Street between 5th Avenue and 4th Avenue, they have fast food here, and some nice beverages. The eatery has 2 floors where you can enjoy your food and drinks upstairs. The Staff is good and they prepare your food as soon as you order your food at the counter or on the self-order. They have shakes, smoothies, coffee, hot chocolate, and soda here. The place is close to Times Square and it is always full of people buying and placing orders, nevertheless, you will still get a seat to sit with your friends, and pick up your orders on time as soon as you order the food. Their chicken burger, hamburger, and fries are always very hot, and they packaged your to-go very well.

I went to this restaurant and I bought a big chicken sandwich and a big diet coke unfortunately they made me wait for a long time to take my order because nobody was able to help me. I paid for the food and I waited for my car service when I realized that the plastic container was broken and part of the coke spilled in the paper bag. The restaurant didn't add the Macdonald Reward points for my purchases. This experience was very disappointed. Edwin

I can understand how inflation has affected most businesses from price hikes. But, when they decided to bring back the breakfast sandwiches, you'd expect the same quantity of meat given. This wasn't the case for the steak, egg and cheese bagel. Originally, the steak and egg would fill the entire ratio of the bagel. Instead, I was left with the steak and egg taking up only half of the bagel... the only part of the sandwich that filled any space was the sliced american cheese. The experience did not match up to my first time a few years ago. The sandwich wasn't worth the almost seven dollars! McDonald's needs to stop being cheap with the meat and eggs.

Wanted to visit a McD on my trip to the States. Really disappointing. Food is exactly the same (absolutely expected) but the atmosphere and service was not good. The restaurants need a bit of a face lift.

Fresh English muffin delicious egg and sausage with hash brown was perfect. Sorry no pictures. I was hungry.
