Oscar's Place - New York City

This is probably one of the village's well kept secrets. Don't expect a fancy place, but the location has a great atmosphere. We came in by chance, looking for a quick beer and a quick bite. While the places round Christopher street were all totally busy, we had a nice table in here, very friendly and helpful service, great beer, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely return.

I absolutely loved this restaurant during my visit! The Dream Macaroni and Cheese was pure bliss and rivals Gordon Ramsay's gouda mac and cheese—it's among the best I've ever tasted! The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable as well. I came here to catch up with a local friend who is also friends with the owner and recommended this place. If you visit, you simply must try the Dream Mac and Cheese! Greetings from California!

Cozy, quirky, DELICIOUS! Ended up here for Thanksgiving and it was glorious.

I had no idea this British restaurant was so close to my office. The bangers and mash were excellent, featuring authentic sausages. The fish and chips were much better than the ones I had at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant over the weekend. They also have a fantastic selection of British beers, and the service was quick and friendly.

This is a cozy little restaurant with a very inviting layout. You'll receive all the attention you need during your visit. The food is consistently amazing and offers great value! We always look forward to their English breakfast!
