The waiter was especially nice to my mom, who was celebrating her 83rd birthday. You can go to most restaurants and have good food, but what you're really looking for, when you go to a restaurant on a special occasion, is a great experience! And that is exactly what we had at Palermo!Food: 5/5

Amazing quality of food and the service is amazing, service staff remembered our orders and our names, this it means a personalized service. They went above and beyond and for this reason we will always come back. We are customers from few months ago, but what makes us come back was the friendliness of the staff and the food. Recommend 100%. They need to work a little bit on the delivery service, delivery guys they don't speek English so well....Vegetarian options: They have a lots of options and there are flexible when is about accommodating the people with dietary needs.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable staff regarding dietary requirements.
