Shake Shack 1700 Broadway 53rd 7th

Burgers are awesome like seriously they're perfect. Fries are fine but it's a bit expensive. Gotta give the 5 stars though cause of them delicious

Busy corner spot. NY classic burger joint. Few seats inside but plenty more on the outside area.

Unbelievable. How Stay away! Someone heisted their chairs. Only 8 chairs for the entire restaurant!

I don't get the hype. Took my son here. They had some confusion expediting, didn't bother to call our order, and then handed us a bag with cold fries and burgers ten minutes after it was made (and 20 minutes after we ordered it). For a $20/person fast food meal, I'd expect hot fries and cold drinks, not the other way around. Next time I'll veto the kid and we'll go to a proper restaurant. Same pricing and food served promptly after it is made.Last year, after a trip to Manhattan, I raved when we got home about how everywhere we went the food was good. I had forgotten about a mediocre experience at another Shake Shack west of the American Museum of Natural History.With so many great restaurants, both fast, counter service and sit down, in the city, I don't get the hype.

Not enough place to seat outside. Don't clean the tables.. the place is a mess. I wish they would not have all the garbage bins in the garden area..
