I want to start by highlighting the fantastic customer service, especially from the guy at the bar who also handles orders; he definitely deserves a five-star rating. Unfortunately, the food quality only gets one star. The beef ramen was bland, and the tacos were both disappointing and served cold. Overall, the dining experience left much to be desired. However, the ambiance is nice for a quick drink.

Wow! What an incredible ramen experience! The service was outstanding, and we enjoyed chatting with our waiter while we waited for our food. He even shared the best way to reheat the ramen! The atmosphere is both cozy and luxurious; even entering through the hotel felt upscale. We tried the tonkotsu and birria ramens, along with an order of Takoyaki as an appetizer. Everything was delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable.

My husband ordered the beef bone marrow ramen and declared it the best ramen he's ever had! I have to agree—it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the lobster taco, which was excellent! The drinks were tasty as well, and the service was fantastic. Overall, I rate the food a solid 5/5.

Fantastic tasty ramen. You won't get a traditional bowl of ramen here, but you'll be glad you came. The broths have a deep rich flavor with combinations you'll only get here.Food: 5/5

One of the best ramen places I’ve had in Manhattan. I’ve been here twice, one time during Covid and one time post Covid. The food is amazing and staffs are very friendly. The bone marrow ramen is the bomb that is so flavorful. I am mouth watering now just thinking about it.Food: 5/5
