The Fulton By Jean-georges

This is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. If I could, I would give it a negative 5-star rating. I went there to celebrate my friend's birthday and had a reservation in place. Upon arrival, I informed the hostess and was asked to wait aside. After 15 minutes, the same hostess inquired about what I was waiting for. In total, I had to wait 30 minutes for my 7:30 PM dinner. I reached out to three different staff members to request a dessert with a candle for the celebration, but all three completely ignored me and treated me with disdain. I felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout the entire experience. It was a terrible, terrible restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

What a surprisingly disappointing experience. The food was mediocre; for instance, the lightly fried calamari was no better than what you would find at any chain restaurant. Our service started off excellently, but once our original server had to leave, we became invisible to his replacement. I never expected to have to leave the table twice just to locate him. For a meal that cost over $1,000 for six of us, there are definitely many better options in NYC. I believe Jean Georges has lost its touch.

The view from the outdoor seating is fantastic—definitely a stunning backdrop. The service was excellent, but the food didn't quite live up to expectations based on other reviews. I feel it could have been fresher and of higher quality. It seems like it might cater more to tourists. I'm honestly torn about whether this place is worth a visit. Ultimately, you'll have to decide for yourself!

The Fulton had truly delicious food and excellent vibes on the patio! I recommend the shrimp cocktail, warm octopus with mozzarella, lobster scrambled eggs (with gluten free bread), and the shrimp burger. The cocktails were enjoyable but substantially overpriced.

Great view by water with Brooklyn bridge. Petty Crab very good. Fish and crisp the bean too salty, if you like fry food will like the crispy fish and crispy shredded potato stick, for me to much oily. The potion of fish is big.
