Contribuisci feedbackOn Sunday evening, I decided to review the new iteration of Untitled. They have kept the name and the Robert Indiana EAT sign, but everything else is completely new. I started with a cocktail called the Little 12, a modern version of an Americano. Eduardo, their sommelier, helped me choose a bottle of Chinon, the 2012 Baudry Clos Guillot, which paired beautifully with my austere turnip salad and roasted chicken breast. For dessert, I enjoyed a lemon cake with whipped cream and a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla milk. The service team was fantastic, especially considering it was only their third day of operation. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. I definitely see myself returning there again.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the beet salad with beet-feta! For dessert, the butterscotch pudding with cream fraiche and granola was absolutely amazing. I couldn't wait to share my experience with everyone I know after having such a fabulous meal.
