Casey's - New York Mills

Horrible costumer service! Tried ordering a pizza and after trying to order threw the app and there stupid phone automated thing after about 30 mins finally got connected to a real human and not once but twice he hung up on me when trying to place a pizza order! Never said anything but Casey New York Mills (very rudely) and then hangs up after I talk! So very rude just trying to have a fun pizza and movies with the family with out having to drive very far to get the pizza! Incredibly disappointment!

They have the best pizza that I have ever had. Their prices aren't too bad either.

Probably the worst ran gas station I’ve seen. I just called an order for pickup at 5:45 I was then told it would be 25 minutes. I show up late at 630 and they said they didn’t even start it. Meanwhile half of the store employees are ripping vapes and smokes out front. Greasy spot (update) I got told 20 more minutes I waited an additional 25 minutes just to be told that it’s made but they forgot to put it in the oven. I don’t understand how this level of bedlam could happen. In summary I ordered at 545 and now it’s 724 and I finally have my pizza. This is attrocious.

Stopped in for breakfast pizza and a soda. Pizza probably would have been ok if the cashier didn't grab the pizza with her bare hands after taking money and who knows what else, to move the pizza over so she could scan the bar code on the sleeve, probably not the best place to put the bar code. Can only assume the person walking around, talking on her phone, and then talking over customers to the cashier, dressed in a very revealing short, short mini skirt, so short things were extremely close to showing, was the manager, not professional in any way. Not risking going back to have this experience again.

We stopped for a fountain pop around 9:30 we were walking up to the door and the guy that was working locked it when we were about to grab the handle. We knocked on the door and he would not open the door he walked behind the counter and he started watching a video or something on his phone. This was not a great expirence and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
