You cannot fault Lodge Bar! From the moment you open the door you’re made to feel welcome with Marwan greeting you. Everything from the food and wine recommendations to the service is amazing! The BEST fine dining experience in Queenstown!!!!

Great location right on the water in Queenstown. Drinks and food were amazing. I've had service at bars and restaurants all over the world but Marwan was the best ever. He is phenomenal at what he does. What a great attitude and super friendly guy. Had a lot of fun with him yesterday. I hope management reads this and recognizes him accordingly.

We visited The Lodge several times over the course of a few days. The view and people-watching were fantastic, and the drinks were decent. However, the $9 warm nuts we ordered were disappointing - they were not warm and only came in a small handful. It seemed like they were expecting us to only have one round of drinks, as there was no offer of more drinks or food. We had expected more from the experience.

This restaurant in Queenstown offers the best dining experience by far. The food is amazing and not pretentious, the service is exceptional, and the design is warm and comfortable. It is much better than some of the more well-known options nearby.

The service was exceptional, the outdoor view was stunning, the local Altitude Brewing beers were fantastic, and the food was really, really good. We had intended to just stop in for a quick beer before dinner, but we were tempted by the cheese and charcuterie board and ended up ruining our appetite for the pre-booked dinner elsewhere.
