Domino's Pizza - Newalla

I’ve never had disrespectful service after I called them out on it. Won’t be going back I’ve live here for more then 6yrs. The manager in duty 4/23 9:30pm seems so to have a problem. I specifically asked her for extra cheese there was 6 slices dry I have photos of the pizza that she claims she added extra cheese I asked her if she wanted me to show her and she said she will send me a new pizza, that tells you she’s lieng. I love in this district I will not be serviced like this no maam, you got the right one on the wrong day

You spend ridiculous amounts of money, get a free pizza, and then in fact CANNOT have the free pizza because the app never works and the managers at this store are unwilling to help in anyway shape or form even though the app literally TELLS YOU TO CALL THEM. I worked in food service for years and I guarantee anyone, that helping a customer is more worth it than saying no, you have to use the app that is actively broken.

Placed an order an hour prior to receiving an email saying that the order canceled because the “driver” came by and knocked when I was standing outside for a good 20 minutes. I called and they lied saying that they called, which was a lie because I’ve been using my phone. Needless to say, the store is ran by a bunch of retards that don’t know what they’re doing.

Always receive a perfect order and super friendly staff!

Food is always great, staff always friendly and fast. Come here anytime I want Domino's!
