Contribuisci feedbackAwful place. I requested to “change” my reservation dates to the week prior. But they refused to do so, even though the change request was two weeks prior. Then I asked for a refund, but without giving a sensible reason or justifiable cause, they refused to refund my entire fee, no offer to even partially refund. I travel a lot, but I will not be using any of these double tree places again out of principle. Be wary of this con artist chain!
I use the off airport parking. I have in the past complained about Ms. Anita that has a disability so she is not able to assist with getting the luggage on and off the van. She is very friendly and welcoming. I reserved a spot at the hotel again. I showed up at 3 because I had a flight leaving out at 5. The young man at the desk was rude. I guess it was too early in the morning for the both of us. After I gave the information he needed, he informed me that the driver would be in at 6. I explained to him, I needed to be at the airport prior to. He stated I need to get an Uber. He said it snarky. I was not happy and the hotel should not allow us to put in times that are not available to them. This guy said it has open slots because the hotel is 24hours. This is not right that we pay for a service and then have to pay again, before they are not available yet. The same thing happened when I got off my flight. It was 10 and the lady said they stopped at 10. Please fix your reservation system. Don’t let us sign up for times that are not available! I paid double each time, what I paid to park at this hotel! The staff at the desk is the first person we come in contact with, they are the face of your company and when they are rude, it looks bad for the entire establishment!
Go to stay when in OKC for work. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Huge shout of to Wendy, I left an iPad and she even offered to ship it to me! Gold standard of service. Rooms are always reliable.
I was told I could have a late check out no problem. Then apparently an hour later the owner needed my specific room and told the front desk to tell me they didn't need to provide me a late check out because I'm not a gold or diamond member anymore. The front desk employee came up to me in the lobby and told me that exact thing and I needed to vacate the room. The co worker I was traveling with could stay in his, but I couldn't stay in mine. There were other open rooms. Not sure why they couldn't use one of those.
Always a friendly staff clean rooms, and delicious cookies! Though at this stay, someone be it in parking lot ot close by had car stereo at full blast for well over an hour after 10 pm on Fri. Except for that minor inconvenience that kept me from sleeping. All was well!
