Fazoli's - Newalla

I have been going to this Fazolis for years! and will keep going frequently! I do want to give a big shout out to the manager named Jannae! She is absolutely wonderful! so very helpful and friendly! She is went way above and beyond to assist us during our visit yesterday. AND I was so touched because she had remembered us from a previous visit over a month or two ago, and actually remembered my food preference! the food was amazing as always! my go to is always lasagna with meat sauce and a mountain of the fresh parmesan cheese. I hope that this review gets back to Jannae and her superiors. She truly deserves credit and a raise. and truly is the ideal face of Fazolis!

Wow!!!! My first time was exceptional. Kaylia helped me thru the menu items, she was very helpful. Definitely gets my five star high five.

I hadn 't Fazoli 's in a long time, last time wasn 't a good experience. My husband love it so I gave it another chance. This time Brandon and his team were very nice and make me feel like at home .They have a wide variety of options and I can see how they have a lot more options now. Their breadsticks are always good.

Great customer service, amazing food! Jahnae’s customer service was spot on! She was very friendly and welcoming, she was very informative about them menu and helped us decide what to get since it was our first visit. The entire staff was very friendly! My kids and I were so happy with our visit that they want to come back for dinner tonight. We will also be adding this to our must go places when we are in town!

Brandon was great! The staff was friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It can put quick and it was piping hot! And the bread sticks and mozzarella cheese skewers are to die for!!!
