*DON 'T ORDER ONLINE*Mobile order menu is not accurate and getting a refund (for food not available, but paid for) requires management to correspond with corporate.The waitress was inattentive so i ordered online. When i went back in to ask for the missing food, she was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. It would 've been easy enough to tell me pick up, Sorry, but we don 't have (food item), here 's what we CAN do... ... SOMETHING. Not, We haven 't had that for years. (the end goodbye) or, I didn 't take your money (not my problem).The food we did get was good. The GM and RM did get the refund processed. Hence, 2 service stars instead of 0. Thanks for following up.

Place itself is good, but needs more personals to work, waiting for my coffee more than 10 minutes, end of story I spent 1,5hr to get my lunch, it’s 90 miles driving time, not good for truck drivers!

Great place to eat, when your on the road. It nay take a minute but it's made fresh and hot. The Regional manager even is involved in quality of customer experience. How refreshing to know a place still offers SERVICE!

Lila the waitress was awesome. The cook on duty was awesome. They worked excellent as a team. Short staffed but they worked hard to get the job done. Delicious food hot and fresh. Ty so much. I’m sorry that nasty white family was rude and did everything they could to eat their food free. They never complained until it was time to pay the bill. They were so rude to Lila and the cook. Well my service and food was amazing. Ty

Our group of 8, came in around 3:30pm for lunch. I ordered a BLT fries. The waitress said there’s only 4 orders of fries and 1 order of tater tots left, plus there was no lettuce for my BLT sandwich! After the waitress came back from talking to the cook that was outside, I ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich instead. It was a spicy chicken nugget sandwich. I’d leave the fries tots for others in my group and ordered the fruit. They might want to peal the fruit stickers off before slicing the apple serving!! When checking out, the machine was having issues out of paper! Won’t be back!!Parking: Plenty of open parking… wonder why? Not now!
