Kfc - Newalla

Ordered 5 meals around 50$. We live down the street. When we got home not even 5 minutes away, chicken is old and you can tell it has been sitting hard biscuits, Mac and cheese was not warm. Fries were hard chicken sandwiches were not warm... funny how I only expect things at a warm temp. Bc I use to be a manager at KFC and to receive old food is ridiculous knowing you have a time to toss the timely expired food that is the in warmers and make fresh.. I don't understand why people are so lazy. If you don't like your job just leave. Only thing I can think is someone was worried about production cost, not thinking how in the long run selling old food definitely won't bring paying customers back. Someone needs more training as a manager. GOOD LUCK!

The people there are so nice and helpful, but when I ask for anything fresh it's NOT EVER FRESH!! BUT I LOVE YOUR NEW NUGGETS IF THEY ARE HOT OFF THE GREASE

Crispy chicken sandwich was excellent. Well cooked, moist, tasty, with potatoes gravy as a side dish. Highly recommend!
