Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Newalla

We didn’t receive our order last night and they were closed when I tried to call about the issue. We couldn 't call the next day until 8pm due to plans and this thing called sleeping, and when we did we were told the Manager delivered it himself and won 't give a refund. We went in to the store tonight after our plans and tried to discuss the issue with the manager. The manager realized they did deliver it to the wrong location after looking through his photos but still refused a refund and only offered the General Managers number which is just the mazzios customer service number.Lee (the manager) was rude, immature, and borderline irate even while we were trying to explain that his defense of several cars being out front to prove it was the right house was incorrect, and that our driveway and such was completely empty. We can also prove we had to order Domino 's at 1130 pm after waiting an hour for our Mazzios order.They blamed us for not calling or coming in sooner, even after explaining we didn 't have any opportunity to. Lee was quite frankly the worst interaction I 've ever had. Overall 0/10 experience and still no resolution. I 'll be doing a charge back with my bank, and am waiting to hear back from the assistant manager with the call center.

Just moved back to Oklahoma and was so excited for the fresh Mazzio’s buffet salad and warm pizza…. Let’s just say my experience was not good ,workers are nice. The salad was ok but had brown lettuce all throughoutWhen we got to the pizza it had been picked through and they still have a hour and a half left for the buffet and by the time we left them same pizza was still out.We ordered our special pizzas and they were literally like a crackers. Little to no sauce and no flavor. They also had no deserts but RAW cinnamon rollsfor 9 dollars I can order a fresh pizza from dominos ,never coming back to this location

Just moved to OKC. My fiance and I stopped here for a quick lunch to try their Buffet. Well to say the least the Salad bar was almost empty!There pizza looked like it sat all day! I asked for a fresh pie ,took 45 minutes! The manager was sweating every where! This was a total DISAPPOINTMENT! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!DISCUSSED!

Great food and service! I made an order mistake and they fixed it no charge! Manager was great!

I have been eating here for lunch for awhile and the quality just keeps dropping.
