Mcdonald's - Newalla

The service here is always subpar for a McDonald’s. The food is good, but they are so unused to people waking in anymore they do not know how to interact with people without making you feel you’re an inconvenience.

We got 4 fries and asked for sauce. They didn't give us any. So we asked them politely for some more, we showed our receipt and everything. They refused to give us sauce, they said its 25cents each. We were willing to pay and said that but they still refused. Fries were good but she refused to give us sauce that we said we were willing to pay. I wish they would have told us that at the intercom. But we had to go in line again just to get refused sauce. I don't care that we had to pay. We were more than willing. But we were given attitude and I'm still so confused. I've worked in customer service and understand days can be bad I don't think its appropriate to take it out on your customers.We had a bad morning and just wanted some fries and sauce and we can't even have that. The fries were fresh and good though. They also didn't give us any salt packets. I am just so confused. The nice man who gave us our food was great and the window employees were good, its the manager that I have a problem with.
