I deduct one star because the showers, while powerful, have a curtain that is hung too high and too close to your body, causing water to spill onto the floor. This makes the floors slippery when wet. Despite this issue, the overall stay was great.

Additionally, they charge for breakfast without informing guests during check-in. The lack of transparency and the mediocre quality of the breakfast made this an unpleasant surprise. If they are going to charge for breakfast, they should ensure that it is of a higher standard than what you would find at a complimentary breakfast at a Holiday Inn. Lastly, the front desk staff were unhelpful and combative, depending on who you interacted with. Overall, my experience at this establishment was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others.
