Taco Bueno - Newalla

No one wants to spend their whole lunch hour in the drive thru! You got management and other employees outside talking to people and not even inside working! Ridiculous.

My wife and I enjoy visiting this particular restaurant, but troubles plagued this visit. I will say that the counter help is young and apparently doesn't care about the customers. After ordering, I noticed that my item was entered wrong and my senior discount was missing.I immediately went back to the counter and waited 14 minutes until the same person came back. I explained the correction on the order and he walked away muttering something. When my order arrived, it was still wrong. Then I looked at the receipt and noticed that they had charged me $2.29 for my wife's water! After all the problems, I didn't bother with these errors. While I was dumping the trash, I noticed the trash cans had beans smeared on the front of them. Nice final touch! Never got my senior discount either. I gave 2 stars because the food actually was pretty good.

The nastiest environment! The place was empty yet every table in the place was filthy so were the floors. Food had no flavor. I couldn’t even eat my food, was afraid to even think about what the kitchen looked like. Will never ever go back.

Came to Bueno after many years. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh the restaurant was clean and our orders were 100% accurate.Thanks Taco Bueno! ?

Passing through from the heart hospital and last minute decided to stop at this location where as we have taco Buenos in texas and have good food. It was a disappointment. They were closing the inside at 10 so we quickly ordered our food so we could scarf it down so they could close the I side down, which gave us about 25 minutes. The beans and rice on the taco platter were so dry it was not tasteful. The xkn potatoe burritos didn't even have the potatoes in them which between the 2 orders we had 3 of those, and the bean burrito and combo burrito were hard to get down until I heavily put Pico and salsa all on the inside of them. It's unfortunate that you pay more for food know due to inflation, but you now don't even get what is supposed to be in the items. The ckn burritos looked like a little ckn roll up. It was over $2 for each one and could have been on the value menu instead. It was bagged up as though they thought we were taking it to go. Either way it would have been noticed. Very dishonest place. Felt like we were in the hood and got robbed!!
