Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Stopped here for a lunch date and got 2 of their specialty burgers, the master cheese and their new smokehouse brisket burger. The MC burger had no flavor and was thin. Didn't get to try the brisket burger as the server put in the wrong burger. Waited 30mins initially and did not want to wait for another 30 minutes. Received the smokehouse burger instead but had the same issue, thin and no flavor. Was disappointed in the food quality this time.

I love the Red Robin this particular location. The customer service is wonderful the hosting servers are so very friendly. We come to eat exactly what this restaurant is best known for their Delicious mouth watering burgers! Red Robin never disappoints my taste buds. Will return again soon!

Food was great (master burger and weggie burger) and the waitress was very attentive. Always a great place to dine in.

I used to be a server myself and always left generous tips, but I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The server was not friendly and seemed like he didn't want to serve us. He never asked if we wanted drinks refilled, and when we finally did ask, he only brought one drink for the entire table. We had to ask multiple times for each of us to get a refill, and even then, he only brought a small basket and placed it in front of one person. It was a strange experience. Despite leaving an 18% tip, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are always reliable, and the staff is friendly. Generally, children are not allowed in the bar area, but they can relax and enjoy their meal in a different section.
