China Town - Newark and Sherwood

I ordered a meal that cost over £33 and when it arrived, I found that the rice was cold, the chips were rock hard, there was hardly any chicken in the chow mein, and the duck consisted mainly of skin and fat with very little meat. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I have ordered from here a few times. The food is average and the prices are good. The last time I ordered though the chicken was very tough and felt like it had been boiled for 4 hours. Other than that, the food is nice.

During our stay with family, we decided to order Chinese takeout. When it arrived, we were impressed by how perfectly cooked and piping hot it was, not to mention the generous portion size. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again the next time we visit.

Having not lived in the village long decided to try this chinese as tried others in village that were not so good. Very quick delivery, food hot and plentiful. Only thing I would change would to maybe have a little more sauce on sweet and sour. Will definitely be ordering again.

Have many takeaways from here and always have very prompt fast service Food is always excellent and plenty to go around...the only niggle i have are that the prawn crackers always taste stale Other than that recommended
