Beware the blxxdy Parking Eye! I called in when passing through Newark to find them shut so sat there just 5mins while l checked my phone to find where else l could go as l don't know the area. Five days later the dreaded Parking eye fine arrived. PAY £120 or £80 within 10 days. Its the last time I'll visit a KFC!
Soon as I walked in, one staff member behind the tills completely ignored me as I spoke and smiled. Standing and leaning back with her arms folded, with one horrible look on her face she looked right away as I made a conversation with her. No wonder the Car Park was empty.
Beware. This kfc employ UKPC for there car park management. I pulled into the car park before the restaurant was open, found out the opening hours and got hit with a £60 parking charge. Needless to say I will never return and judging from the other poor reviews I think I dodged a bullet. KFC a you need to sort this out, this can’t be good for trade.
I had just been to Lost Village festival, which was a fantastic weekend but I’m sure you can imagine I was in need of a big meal to combat the hangover! I decided to park in the KFC car park and head across to get a McDonalds. I had the mighty McMuffin meal with a hash brown and a Fanta orange. I also got an extra hash brown to truly fill my stomach for the treacherous journey back down to London. The KFC looked like a fusion of modern architecture clad with glass windows and classic wooden soffits and fascias. I cannot fault the establishment at all despite the disappointment of receiving a £60 fine for parking in their car park for 20 minutes whilst I enjoyed my McDonalds. 5/5 would park there again
