Boston Market - Newark

Have been calling 4 times since 12:20 clock until 1:00 clock. Nobody answered the phone. not exactly sure what's going on, but it's very bad service. I wouldn't give you a star, but I had to. when they open around 11. there is absolutely no reason for them not to answer the phone

The staff at this restaurant was extremely disorganized. One server was not wearing gloves while serving, and even if he had put on gloves, he would have been doing it wrong. This is not the first time I have encountered staff members not following proper hygiene practices.

Came a night here to get a food for the children. my biggest question was that the counters were not clean, there were many food crumbs and particles that sat in and around the servier area.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch. The management and customer service are also exceptional.

The restaurant review was short and sweet. I ordered a chicken pancake and paid less than $8 in total. I was extremely satisfied with my meal.
